Kaley's Knits: A Business Evaluation

Starting next week, we're going to evaluate a hypothetical business called "Kaley's Knits".  This evaluation will happen throughout the month of January.

This business is struggling to maintain profitability.  We're going to explore how we can forensically identify, via simple customer metrics, the reasons why the profit and loss statement is struggling.
