I've done quite a few of these over the years ... we look back at the November 1 - December 24 timeframe, studying how your customer file evolved and changed, measuring the impact this had on Christmas demand. How did comp segments of customers perform, or did customer acquisition meet expectations? Were discounts/promotions influential? Did Cyber Monday have an impact?
