Boxing Day

Boxing Day, the day after Christmas, is an opportunity for folks to swap roles.


So why not think about doing this when you get back to the office, in honor of Boxing Day.

  • Choose five of your brightest employees under the age of 35, non VPs.
  • Ask them to craft five goals and objectives for your business for 2012.
See what this generation of future business leaders thinks about the direction of your business.  Compare it to what your Executive Team thinks about the direction of the business.

Is there a disconnect?  Probably.  It is because these folks are inexperienced?  Maybe, maybe not.
