Do You Like Your Web Analytics Software Package?

From the LunaMetrics blog (a must-read if you are into web analytics), a discussion from various retailers about the shortcomings of web analytics packages. Sad .... very sad. Do web analytics tools fail to meet your expectations? (FYI, I use Google Analytics, MyBlogLog and Sitemeter on my site).

Hi Kevin,

On our site we are using Google Analytics and Mint. Mostly end up just using Mint at the moment.

We are also trying out Crazy Egg at the moment which gives some interesting insights into how to adapt your site to be better.

Yep pretty happy. Want to try out Clicktracks as well though!
