Hillstrom's Optimizer

Next week, we'll review a series of posts about the impact an "optimized" advertising budget has on a business. I call the spreadsheet / methodology "Hillstrom's Optimizer".


This is going to be SO MUCH FUN!! We'll get to see how a business evolves as advertising investment is "optimized". You're going to be surprised by what you learn ... you're going to learn that if you optimize the business for current performance (as you all do), you sub-optimize the long-term health of the business.

Think about that one for a moment.
