They seem to me to be at the sweet spot between resource hungry social media strategies (hours on facebook and twitter) and traditional "push" methods (publish 100 new static pages of the ecommerce catalogue)<BR/><BR/>The tracking potential is amazing. Ecah of the images in that Costco example can be keyed to an individual email address/ customer account, and over time, one could build a very detailed and personalised profile of the individual customer - and continue a personalised email campaign with relative ease.
