The 2002 "multichannel" customer is very different than the 2006 "multichannel" customer. <BR/><BR/>The 2002 "multichannel" customer has already migrated online, becoming single-channel.<BR/><BR/>The needs of the 2006 "multichannel" customer are different than the needs of the 2010 "multichannel" customer.<BR/><BR/>And by 2014, most of the catalog customers will have transitioned, leaving us with one fewer channel to worry about.
